What a supreme disappointment! I had to endure a dark, cramped Classic Double Room with old, ragged towels. I expected some kind of welcome treat for my special stay, yet nothing was offered. Why is there no coffee in the room? I could've written a glowing review, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it.

The rooms are decent sized and fashionable, provided with with a special almost funny decor, big bath and coffee maker. Friendly service and the food is delicious😃🙂
Nothing to complain about at all.

Couple's retreat, quirky style
The room had these curtains that opened with a flip of a switch, pretty cool. There was this oversized bathtub, made unwinding after a long day so much better.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still pretty reasonable for what it offered.

Fine for business trip - location very good. Would make very nice romantic city break hotel and the decor is unique (in a nice way)

Trendy boutique hotel with very professional staff at the reception desk and driver. Friendliness of the staff.

The hotel's location on Vitosha Boulevard is perfect for exploring Sofia with major sights just a short walk away.
The air conditioning in the room was inadequate, struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature despite several complaints.

Nice design, comfortable bed, large room & bathroom, city centre location. Very friendly team and great breakfast.

Difficult to judge after only one night but the room and the facilities in it were to a very high standard
I was not impressed at all by the breakfast, I have stayed in far cheaper hotels in Sofia and had a much greater choice for breakfast,

that in spite of some problem with first night accomodation the hotel stuff tried very hard to do they best and they accomodate us for first night in a very comfortable , clean and pleasant hotel
the hotel reception gave me information that there will be problem with 1st night in the morning , the same day before my night flight . The stay and conditions of the stay were confirmed cca 10days before the flight. It was of course shocking information in the last moment if you go for bussines trip

The staff are always friendly and helpful..they speak good English..the position of the hotel is central in a good area where there is a large choise of resteraunts..the rooms are individual..we will stay again on our next visit
Nothing...well English people need cold milk with their tea...but that rally is all..it seems mean to moan at all !!

Clean room with a comfortable bed. Excellent location makes it easy to walk to cafes and shops.
The Classic Double Room felt cramped and dark, with a squeaky bed and aged bathroom fixtures like worn towels and a scratched toilet seat. Inconveniences included outdated decor, old flowers, and a lack of tea or coffee facilities. The bathroom had dented surfaces, and I had to dodge sharp edges on bin lids.

This is a unique hotel in terms of design: glamorous and with a very high spec. I imagine most fixtures and fittings were custom made. It is extraordinarily comfortable and well positioned in Sofia.
There was nothing we did not like. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open in the evenings as we were there off-season, but we did know in advance of our stay. As I suspect the hotels dinners are very good I wondered if the hotel could have occasional promotional evenings in low season, especially at weekends e.g. Bulgarian wine tasting evenings with matching food which would be an incentive for us and other like-minded people to return/visit regularly.

Good location, nice design of whole hotel , excelent room
To start with I have had a problem to get to the hotel - taxi driver did not know the way , hotel is on the main shopping street only for pedestrian - no traffic allowed ...so to get to the side of the hotel is a bit tricky ...Breakfast could be better - bigger choice of food , restaurant in the hotel is open only till 15.00
